How do I Sign-In to ClassLink?

Braintree Public Schools' login page is: https://launchpad.classlink.com/Braintree. If you do not know your username or password and are receiving an "Invalid Username or Password" message, please contact your teacher, media specialist, or the BPS Tech Services Department as accounts are managed by Braintree Public Schools.

What is my username and password?

Usernames and passwords are managed by Braintree Public Schools. Student accounts were sent to families before the school year began. My account is locked. What do I do?

An account gets locked after too many failed login attempts. BPS manages student accounts and can unlock accounts and reset the password if needed. Please contact your school to unlock your account and make sure to verify your username and password.

I'm getting "Access Denied" or "Account not connected" when trying to Sign in with Google?

After your first login with your school provided username and password you can connect your school google account through the LaunchPad by select "My Account." Please note that once connected you try to login with google to make sure you log out of other personal google accounts before connecting.

What is the username and password for an app I clicked?

If you are prompted for a username and password after clicking an app and you are unaware of your username and password for that app, the best option is to contact your teacher. Accounts to apps are managed and provided by teachers at BPS.

My webcam isn't loading. Why?

Most modern web browsers support WebRTC, which supports easy access to a webcam from web page scripts. However, Safari (on Mac) does not support WebRTC. Install the Google Chrome browser on your Mac.

What is my Google Classroom or Teams Class Code?

Google Classroom classes are created and managed by the teacher. Please contact your teacher for the class code. If you are going to Classroom.google.com directly (outside of ClassLink) and it's trying to log in a different account, go to https://accounts.google.com to check other active accounts, log out of Google then login with your school Google account.

I'm getting "HTTP error 400, Request Header is too long". What do I do?

Clear your browser cookies and cache. Next close and reopen your browser and try logging back in.

I cannot find an application. How do I add it?

Applications are managed by the BPS Tech Services Department. Applications are sometimes unavailable during certain times of the year (summer or school breaks) for maintenance or other reasons.
