Braintree Extended Enrichment Program (BEEP)

Winter 2017 Enrollment Packet

Beginning Monday, February 5th, the Braintree Public Schools will begin the winter session of extended enrichment programs to be held at various school buildings for all the children in grades K-5. Students must be enrolled in Braintree Public Schools in order to attend the program.

An Extended Enrichment registration form must be completed and the fee for the program must be submitted before a child is eligible to enter the program. Registrations and fees must be returned to the Monatiquot School, c/o Maureen Moline, 25 Brow Avenue, Braintree, MA 02184 with all checks made payable to the Town of Braintree. A minimum enrollment will be required for a course to be offered. Registration is on a first come-first serve basis. There will be no confirmation calls. You will only be called if the class is full.

Programs will be held for five consecutive weeks unless noted in the schedule or interrupted by a holiday, school vacation or a weather emergency. Payment for more than one course or child may be combined into one check. However, a separate registration form must be filled out per course per child.

Please read each course description carefully and pay particular attention to the time and location of the course. All transportation to and from the location must be provided by the parents. Parents must be prompt in picking up their child. A $5.00 late fee will be assessed for every 15 minutes past the ending time of the course. Children may sign up for more than one course at any school. These courses are not limited to children attending that particular school.

If you have any further questions, please contact the program coordinator, Maureen Moline at mmoline@braintreema.gov.
