Welcome to the 2017 – 2018 School Year Everyone!

We invite you all to become an active participant in your child's education by joining the Hollis Elementary School PTO. Participation through attendance at PTO meetings gives you a voice! Annual membership dues for the PTO are $15 per family.

The primary role of the PTO is fundraising! The money we raise goes back into our school to enhance the quality of our children's education. The PTO funds the cultural arts program, helps defray the cost of field trips, and funds many items needed for the teachers & the school.

Some of the items purchased in the past couple of years included:

  • Ceiling Fans for the Cafeteria
  • New Media Center
  • Computers & iPads
  • Air Conditioners for Classrooms
  • New Books for the Media Center
  • Smart Boards for Classrooms
  • Elmo & Short Throw Projectors for the Classrooms

The PTO meets monthly.

PTO Meetings

Meetings are held monthly at the Hollis School. If you cannot come to the monthly meetings, there are many other ways to become involved. One great way is to be a volunteer in your childrens classrooms. Please feel free to contact any of the officers if you would like to discuss ways that you can contribute.
